My client, a recognisable name in Victoria’s HVAC contracting world are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join their growing team.

The business is going through a sustained period of growth having secured multiple major project wins from their established client base within the commercial construction world.

Current package values across major projects range up to $90m. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical projects from start to finish
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HVACproject manager with a track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget across the commercial construction space
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, construction methodologies, and project management software
