Reporting to a highly respected Construction Manager, this is a rare opportunity to lead, develop, and manage large-scale, high-profile projects valued at up to $20 million. Youll ensure the highest standards of quality, delivering successful outcomes for both the business and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of HVAC project management, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to project teams to maintain performance and morale.
Analyse complex activities and develop innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
Adapt to unique environments while managing a diverse range of projects.
What you’ll need to succeed
- A minimum of 2 years of project management experience within the HVAC industry in Australia.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards relevant to the HVAC industry.
- A Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or a Degree in Construction Management (or equivalent).
- Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Experience of coaching and providing feedback to team members.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to take on challenges and deliver outstanding results.
