We’re on the lookout for experienced HVAC Foremen to join a leading mechanical services company delivering high-quality commercial installs across Wellington. If you’ve got strong duct and pipe install experience and can lead a crew to get the job done right, this is a great opportunity for long-term growth and responsibility.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a team of 3-6 installers on HVAC commercial projects
- Installing pipe and duct systems to a high standard
- Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring deadlines are hit
- Managing labour and materials on site
- Interpreting plans and guiding the install process with confidence
What You’ll Bring:
You’ve got hands-on HVAC experience on commercial sites and proven leadership skills. You’re confident reading plans, organising site resources, and working with installers to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
