We are partnering with an ASX-listed Australian Financial Services firm based in Sydney CBD. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an up & coming HR professional to join a high performing, exceptional HR team as a key member with a focus on HRIS management and reporting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HRIS Administrator, or HR Admin with a strong analytical skillset to take your career to the next level.
About the Role:
As the Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Being the key point of contact for day-to-day system enquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Ensure data integrity, and employee data management is accurate.
- Own HR reporting & ad hoc reporting.
- Refining system processes & improving efficiency.
- Provide training to users on HR/payroll systems, maintain user manuals, and offer user support and troubleshooting.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Ideally 2 years in a HR systems/ analyst position or HR Admin role.
- Experience working in a corporate environment.
- Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- We are seeking a motivated candidate who is eager to continue developing their HR toolkit & is solutions focused.
- Ability to work in a fast paced/ dynamic environment.
