We are now seeking applications for a HR Services & Data Analytics Graduate to join our Graduate Management Program! The HR Services & Data Analytics Graduate is responsible for analysing and interpreting varied qualitative and quantitative HR data, preparing HR reporting and HR administration. What awaits you? You will be responsible for the calculation and monitoring and digitalisation of key HR metrics including turnover, annual leave, training hours and time to recruit. You will be responsible for the preparation of HR reporting and dashboards on topics including but not limited to personnel budget, headcount, training & development and diversity data. You will be responsible for the review and analysis of qualitative and quantitative HR data to draw conclusions for the HR team. You will be responsible for the administration of HR information systems to capture joiners, leavers and other employee movements. You will be responsible for supporting with the preparation of various Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents and presentations. You will drive continuous process improvement measures and automation of preexisting HR reporting spreadsheets and systems. Qualifications & Experience A tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, or related discipline required. Possess a strong analytical mindset with the aptitude to identify and analyse data and trends. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including expertise in Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and the ability to compile data from multiple sources. Proficient Microsoft PowerPoint skills, with the capability to create insightful presentations based on data analysis and visualisations. Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Demonstrated ability to work proactively with advanced organisational skills, growth mindset and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks. What do we offer?
