HR Driver

Our client requires Plant Operators / Labourers for Asphalt Road Construction work.
Ideally the successful applicants will have industry or similar experience, however applicants from other industries with the relevant attributes/licences are encouraged to apply.
This is predominately local work, with nightshift and weekend work in peak/busy periods.
About Our Client

Our client is a leader in road construction and maintenance, specialising in the design, supply, construction, and commissioning of the nations road network.

WorkPac are seeking experienced and motivated civil asphalt MR labourers to join our clients team in a casual role. As an experienced construction labourer, you must be reliable, have civil experience, be safety conscious, punctual and physically fit.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Provide high-quality civil and asphalt labouring services
• Adhere to civil asphalt requirements and schedules
• Spotting of civil machinery operators
• Truck driving
• Utilising your civil experience
• Ensuring all work is performed in accordance to safety, schedules, guidelines and criteria
• Demonstrate adherence to planned work and the required quality output
• Participate in and contribute to a diverse workplace culture, creating an inclusive environment for a continued high performance team

What You Will Need:

• Minimum HR truck licence is essential
• White Card essential
• Strong knowledge of asphalt machinery labouring or willing to learn
• Substantial & demonstrated skills in working within a collaborative, highly skilled work environment
• Strong level of labouring skills
• Strong understanding of safety
• Other related civil tickets will be advantageous
