We are seeking Supervisors to join our rapidly growing organisation that are passionate about putting our people first.

Permanent positions are available on a 14:7 or 9:5 roster (9/14 days living and working onsite, 5/7 days off), working 10 hour days. We offer FIFO from Brisbane, OR a free bus service to and from Mackay, OR you can drive yourself to your Village location if you prefer. Our villages are located in multiple township locations throughout the Bowen Basin, as well as exciting village expansions in Blackwater.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments.
• DIDO/FIFO/remote work experience is highly regarded.
• Experience leading, developing and mentoring a Housekeeping team.
• Knowledge of rostering and creating service schedules.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Knowledge of industry cleaning standards, including workplace health and safety and chemical handling measures.
• Great team leader with the ability to adapt and work well under pressure
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including alcohol and drug screening
• Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
• National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)
• Current Drivers Licence
