YHA Sydney Central, a newly renovated and vibrant property, is ideally located in the heart of Sydney, offering easy access to major attractions. With a strong focus on sustainability and guest experience, we pride ourselves on delivering a welcoming, eco-conscious environment for our visitors.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. The housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining the propertys high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, managing and motivating a team.
  • Strong ability to connect with diverse cultures and groups.
  • Skilled in setting clear expectations and providing guidance to team members.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work on a 24/7 roster, with night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
