High Voltage Operator Maintainer Technician

We are looking for an experienced High Voltage Operator Maintainer Technician to support the operation and maintenance of our transmission and distribution power networks.

About the Role

This is a permanent 2/1 FIFO position from Perth to Cape Preston (nights and days shift roster).

You will be responsible for:

HV switching and network operations up to 220KV
HV Isolations
Operation and maintenance of HV equipment
Fault finding and diagnostics on power systems
Supporting reliable power generation and distribution
Identifying improvements to plant systems and processes
Ensuring safe operation of high voltage infrastructure.

What Were Looking For

To be successful you will have:

Electrical Licence unrestricted (Essential)
High Voltage Switching Ticket (Essential)
Current WA Manual Drivers Licence (Essential)
Knowledge of HV switchgear, transformers and protection systems
Power network operations or maintenance experience (Desirable).
