What you will be accountable for:
- Effectively diagnosing and finding faults in the mechanical assessment of machinery for repair, maintenance and service
- Repair and maintain all truck, trailer and tanker fleet
- Basic welding and electrical skills
- Ensuring compliance with all safety requirements
- Adhering to all quality control procedures
What will you need
- Australian recognised Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate with a great attitude for work
- Ability to work unsupervised and be a self-starter
- A current drivers licence
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening.

About the Company
At BGC Transport WKSP we play an integral role in the day-to-day rectification of BGC large haulage plant and equipment, transporting millions of tonnes of cargo throughout Western Australia every year around the clock.
The bulk of our transport fleet is based at Hazelmere providing easy access into and out of the Perth metropolitan area, as well as connection to major regional and mining areas.
