About the opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our mine services crew who have a strong safety focus and are aligned to our company’s value.
- FIFO From Perth
- 2/1 Roster, Day shift only
- FMG Mine site
About you
- Mechanical Trade Certification – Essential
- Experience working with Bulk Earthwork equipment – Essential
- HD fitters with On-Highway Truck experience.
- Experience with Cat/Volvo construction equipment and/or Kenworth truck – Highly Valued
- Experience in civil or mining environment (FIFO Preferred)
- Great problem-solving skills
- Safety conscious, strong work ethic, with the ability to work unsupervised as part of a team or individually
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- We maintain a diverse fleet of: Kenworth T698 semi-water carts, Cat 150M graders and Hamm rollers, Fleet of Mine Spec LVs and ancillary equipment, 36t Excavators, 966 Loaders and D9 Cat Dozers.
