About the Opportunity

The Health & Safety Advisor will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our teams across the Brisbane site and other CleanCo locations. Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, you’ll provide first-line support for health and safety queries, coordinate seasonal initiatives and training programs, and oversee external providers. As a champion of consistent safety standards, you’ll collaborate with the broader Health & Safety team to drive our strategy and foster a strong safety culture. 

This is a permanent full-time based in our Brisbane office, with the expectation to travel between CleanCos assets when required.

About you

• Experience providing a wide range of health & safety support across a mix of high-risk, heavy industry and office environment.
• Qualifications in Health and Safety will be highly regarded.
• ICAM/Taproot certification or similar.
• Experience in developing and implementing new H&S processes and tools.
• Experience working with and delivering within Health and Safety risk frameworks in a high-risk environment.
• Ability to understand and apply legislation and regulatory requirements.
• You have a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself, that contributes to the delivery of a clean energy future crafted in Queensland.
