They are seeking a Head of Department to assist in leading the Perth office team, with huge growth plans.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive property management and leadership experience, the ability to train new team members, streamline processes and procedures, and foster client  relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in managing the growing portfolio, ensuring high performance and efficiency
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, tenants & contractors.
  • Delicate responsibilities to the team in line with their capabilities
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and accounts.
