The Position:

• Based within a prestigious CBD law firm – Monday to Friday corporate hours
• Create cost and execute seasonal menus; boardroom fine dining, banquet, canapes & functions
• Stock control and budget management, including minimizing food wastage
• Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and other key stakeholders

 The Person:

• Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
• Comfortable in an elite corporate environment and thrives in delivering an exceptional culinary experience.
• On the cutting edge of culinary trends and cooking techniques, with an eye for detail and presentation
• You have a passion for fresh and sustainably sourced local ingredients
• Be flexible in delivering menus according to dietary requirements
• Solid understanding of allergen management, food safety and infection control
• Availability Monday to Friday
