The Role
This fantastic property in the Adelaide Hills seeks a talented Head Chef with a background in busy pub venues that focus on creating lasting food memories. Previous experience in leading a team of passionate chefs, all operations, menu development, training and team motivation.
Skills and Attributes
- At least three years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- A focus on quality
- Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques
- Manage a strong, established and highly professional brigade
- Seeking a leader who is an exceptional communicator and has a proactive attitude
