Job Description

Join Our Wingfield Team as a Group Service Manager!

CEA is seeking an experience Group Service Manager in Wingfield, where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating all aspects of the Service Department. Your focus will be on meeting our quality, cost, and service commitments to our valued customers.

As a key member of the State Management team, you will collaborate with other Group Service Managers to drive continuous improvement in processes and uncover new business opportunities.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the service department.
  • Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Assist the accounts department by resolving customer inquiries and disputes related to debt collection.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards and company procedures.
  • Efficiently manage service personnel and allocate labor and resources effectively.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate technical training in partnership with the National Technical Trainer.
  • Oversee the financial performance of the service department.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for customer communications.
  • Manage Work in Progress (WIP) in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide daily reports on sales revenue and gross profit to the State General Manager and National After Sales Manager.
  • Prepare and submit quotations for used equipment repairs.
  • Conduct field service visits to evaluate the quality of work performed by field service technicians.
  • Ensure that administrative tasks are completed by the Service Administrator within designated timeframes and in compliance with company protocols.
  • Uphold relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements.
  • Identify recruitment needs and collaborate with the State Manager and Human Resources department for successful recruitment and selection.

Role Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • In-depth understanding of department profit and loss dynamics.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to present innovative ideas for growth and development planning.
  • Relevant trade background or qualifications
