About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Grader Operator / All-Rounder to join our client’s team at Olympic Dam. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills on a major mining project, with day shifts only and a 14/7 roster.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate graders and other heavy machinery confidently and safely.
• Perform site preparation, grading, and maintenance tasks.
• Utilize GPS systems (experience highly regarded).
• Support the team with all-rounder duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Grader Operator or similar.
• HR Licence (mandatory).
• Proven experience working in mining or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong focus on safety and teamwork.
