We’re on the lookout for an experienced Floor Coating Applicator to join a specialist coatings team in Christchurch. This is a full-time, permanent role offering solid pay, hands-on variety, and long-term stability for someone who takes pride in their craft.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Applying epoxy and urethane coatings, screeds, and coving
- Working across a variety of flooring systems and finishes
- Measuring floor areas and calculating material requirements
- Maintaining a clean work area and caring for tools and equipment
- Following job specs and ensuring coatings meet required standards
What You’ll Bring:
You’ve got proven experience in applying epoxy and urethane flooring systems, including screeding and coving. You’re confident working independently, can read specs, and know how to deliver high-quality finishes safely and efficiently.
