Event & Bar Supervisor
$35hr penalties super

Restaurant Associates, part of Compass Group, is seeking an experienced Event & Bar Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality corporate events and hospitality experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, premium events environment.
- Predominantly MondayFriday, mix of daytime & evening shifts
- Supervise bar and event operations during conferences and functions
- Read and execute event run sheets
- Liaise directly with clients during events
- Manage event set-up, pack-down, and contractor bump-in/out
- Lead and manage the team on shift
- Oversee bar operations and stock levels
- Ensure service, safety, and presentation standards are met
- Minimum 2 years leadership or supervisory experience
- Background in bartending, hotels, restaurants, and/or events (preferred)
- Strong bar operations knowledge
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Coffee experience desired
- RMLV desired but not essential
