Our client is a leading marketer, supplier and manufacturer of premium decorative surfaces in Australia.

We are currently recruiting for Fixed Plant Operators to join a 24/7 plant at Dardanup south of Bunbury. These casual roles are offered on a shift basis 4 days 4 off; Your immediate priority will be maintaining product supply to the production lines with potential to upskill into multi-skilled process operators.

Responsibilities:

– Operate fixed plant equipment in a safe and efficient manner

– Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plant equipment

– Monitor plant operations and make adjustments as needed

– Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during plant operations

– Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

– Maintain accurate records of plant operations and maintenance activities

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in fixed plant operations

– Knowledge of plant equipment and machinery

– Forklift Licence 

– Strong mechanical aptitude

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team

– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

– Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
