What our candidates currently receive. Based on experience.

Average working week is 38hrs (7.6hrs / day)

Salary based on experience up to: 43, PA

There are 10hrs available to work each day Mon-Fri (50hrs / week)

Salary based on experience up to: 57, PA

50hrs Mon-Fri working 1 10hr Saturday per week (60hrs / week)

Salary based on experience up to: 70, PA

There is very flexible working for the employees. Providing you have the good experience, the 3 salaries above are typical, potentially more given the perfect candidate for the client.

How long does the process take?

The interview process is an initial Techserv phone call and video call. Client interview can be 1 or 2 interviews. After client acceptance the immigration process starts. Typically, 3-4 months and Techserv handles this process between client, candidate and AUS immigration with minimal input from candidate side so you can arrange yourself for the move. After immigration you are set to go. Techserv provide relocation advice and after care to ensure you settle in just fine. The full process from Techserv interview to starting day 1 is 4-5 months, if you need to delay the process and have a set move date. This can be facilitated after visa has been processed.
