FIFO HSE Advisor

Our client is looking for an experienced HSE professional to join their team on a FIFO 2:1 roster, starting on 12th May . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in civil construction and earthworks, who are passionate about maintaining safety and environmental standards.

About the Position:

• Provide health, safety, and environmental support to the earthworks team
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures across bulk and detailed earthworks operations
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE regulations
• Report directly to senior management regarding HSE performance and incidents
• FIFO from Perth only
• 2:1 roster with 12-hour paid workdays
• Competitive hourly rate of $85, paid weekly
• Mobilisation date: 12th May
• Location: Newman

To be considered:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in HSE roles within the civil construction and earthworks industry
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance standards
• BHP inducted (preferred)
• Relevant HSE certifications and training
• Valid Drivers License
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage safety audits and inspections effectively
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
