Protech are currently seeking Field Officers to work from the Mutdapilly /Aratula and Wacol Depots with the Fire Ant Program through Biosecurity Queensland starting on Wednesday 25th February
This is an ongoing position and will require thorough and effective surveillance and treatment of insect pests through Southern Queensland.

9 day fortnight

Key Duties:
Visual surveillance and bait treatment for insects
Daily reporting tasks, data collection and record keeping
Driving Company vehicle
Mandatory Position Requirements:
Open car licence
MUST have outdoor work experience in Landscaping, Agriculture, Arboriculture, Land Management and Conservation, Civil
Ability to work in a team environment
Face to Face customer service experience
Must be physically fit as the role requires substantial walking through challenging terrain up to klm per day
Pass a drug and alcohol screen
Must be able to complete and pass a Police check
