About our opportunities…..

Leasing Administrators assist in the day to day management of leasing related activities and maintain system related applications as well as contributing to the business by providing support to a variety of administrative functions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Updating lease related system applications on a day to day basis
  • Maintaining databases and ensuring all information is recorded in accordance with the required naming conventions
  • Assist with reporting requirements
  • Identify and implement reporting best practice measures
  • Verifying and cross-checking information across multiple system applications
  • Auditing and reviewing system reports for accuracy and consistency
  • Assist the leasing team with day to day business operation including rent rolls
  • Liaise with Landlords and Key client personnel
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required

About you …

We looking motivated self-starters with a proven track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the organisation, your team and clients, who thrive on building relationships and providing service excellence.

Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities, while possessing a can-do attitude; ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Sound Business Administration experience
  • Managing multiple stakeholders with different skill sets and responsibilities
  • Compliance experience for contract or business management matters
  • Relevant experience in commercial / residential leasing would be highly regarded.
  • Broad experience of business support functions
  • Commonwealth or Local government experience
  • Exposure or involvement within a Small to Medium Sized business
  • Experience with finance administration tasks
  • Real Estate Registration or willingness to obtain
