About UNSW Under the current Indigenous Strategy UNSW Indigenous Strategy _web.pdf UNSW strives to provide meaningful employment opportunities for our Indigenous mob across Australia. We also aspire over the life of our Enterprise Agreement UNSW Enterprise Agreement (Professional) – under Clause 54.0 to make significant progress towards our target of being representative of the community and greater Sydney population by having 140 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander academic and professional employees (excluding casual employees) at the expiry of this agreement.
