About our opportunities…..

We often have opportunities arise in Canberra, Sydney and possibly Melbourne in the future. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, Facilities Administrators are accountable for providing high-quality services/ products and achieving efficiencies.  Directly engaged in the operations of the business, the role is accountable for enhancing the reputation and image of Evolve FM through exemplary customer interaction and service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist Facilities Managers with inputs to manage client relationships and promote superior Evolve FM facilities management service delivery
  • Ensuring service delivery meets and ideally exceeds client expectations and established service levels and/ or benchmarks
  • Achievement of service levels and timeframes, KPIs and/ or other defined benchmarks
  • Manage facilities-related matters for the responsible entities
  • Assist Manager with continuous process improvement, problem solving and best practice reviews
  • Delivering accountabilities assigned within the annual operational plan for area of responsibility.

About you …

Proactive with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities, while possessing a can-do attitude; ideal candidates have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in a similar or transferable role
  • Knowledge of work health and safety requirements
  • Track record of excellent customer service and service delivery
  • Able to work within defined procedures and outputs
  • Proficient in Microsoft platforms Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent reliability and work ethic.
