Experienced Production Team Member

About the Role

AWX are currently seeking Casual Machine Operators, Packers, and Process Operators to join various well-known food manufacturers located in Sunshine Coast. A variety of food production roles are available across different departments.

Key Details

• Location: Sunshine Coast, QLD

• Pay Rate: $

• Shifts: Various Roles (Usually Monday-Friday 6am-230pm or 630am-4pm)

• Variety of roles available: Machine operators, packing and line processors, and general food manufacturing roles

Duties may include

• Operating and monitoring food production machinery

• Measuring, weighing, and filling products into containers/packets

• Labelling and preparing finished products for distribution

• Packing and stacking stock ready for dispatch

• Maintaining food safety and WHS standards

• Supporting production targets and working effectively as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• Previous food manufacturing, production, or packing experience is highly desirable

• Machine operation or supervisory/team leader experience will be highly regarded

• Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Reliability and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Local candidates preferred
