About the Opportunity


Based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership across multiple departments including Operations, Technology, HR, and Finance. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate international travel, and provide essential executive support within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This is an in-country, on-site position with full relocation support perfect for an organised, driven professional seeking adventure and international career growth.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Providing confidential, high-level administrative support to senior leaders
  • Managing complex calendars and international travel arrangements
  • Processing visas and reconciling expenses
  • Drafting, editing, and managing sensitive communications
  • Compiling executive reports and presentations
  • Coordinating cross-departmental communications
  • Delivering general office management and EA support (hospitality, meeting preparation, etc.)

What Were Looking For

  • 58 years experience in high-level PA, EA, or administration roles
  • Demonstrated career stability (minimum 18 months per role; temp roles not suitable)
  • Professional background in corporate environments such as finance, legal, or professional services
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • High attention to detail, initiative, and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fast typing skills (40 wpm)
  • Please note: family/spousal relocation is not included in this assignment
