About The Role:

Fetch has been awarded multiple contract with leading mining contractors and owner operators across the Gold Fields, Pilbara and South West, as a result, we are are seeking multiple experienced Production Excavator Operators for a number of different sites, commencing ASAP!

There are different opportunities to work with various sized companies, either work for a tier 1 mining organisation or a smaller contractor company where you’re not just a number!

Whats On Offer:

• 2:1 Roster – Day and Night Shifts
• $68/70 per hour
• Long-term, stable employment with the opportunity for permanent placement after 3 months
• Immediate starts available – be on-site as early as next week
• Work with a well-established mining company on an exciting new project
• Commercial flights provided via Virgin Australia
• Production All Rounder Operator roles also available – $65 per hour

 Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Production Excavator Operator
• Strong experience in previous hard rock/gold mining roles
• Proven capability operating production excavators, particularly EX, or Komatsu PC
• Strong production focus, with experience working to daily targets in high-volume environments
• Site-based experience is essential – must be confident and willing to operate multiple types of machinery as required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven setting
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Current, CLEAN National Police Clearance required
• Positive attitude, with a strong sense of initiative and a willingness to learn
• Ability to complete online inductions prior to mobilisation
• Immediate availability – must be able to commence ASAP or on a short notice
• Full Australian working rights essential – no sponsorship offered
