Estimator/Senior Estimator

You will be working for a nationally recognised Tier 2 civil & infrastructure business with a unique history that spans over 44 years of safely delivering infrastructure which connects people. As one of Australias largest privately-owned civil engineering, construction and land development companies, they offer career opportunities across diverse sectors in both metropolitan and regional locations.

Responsibilities:

• Attend bid meetings and develop and execute bid strategies
• Prepare thorough and timely cost analysis
• Analysing project proposals and historical cost data
• Ability to work and implement estimating programs
• Understanding of construction contracts, design and the resultant cost implications;

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications: Bachelor of Civil Engineering/Project -Management/Quantity Surveying (Highly desirable)
• Experience across DTMR, Pipeline, Local Council, Defence, Wind farm Preferred.
• Experience using Expert Estimation – Ideal
