We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists and Social Workers to provide critical incident, general debriefing and crisis counselling support to our client organisations. Using Psychological First Aid (PFA) and other trauma specific interventions and approaches to support individuals and their organisations through providing triage, one-on-one trauma support and group sessions.
You will have a passion to help people and enjoy working flexibly in a fast-paced environment. Your strengths are your flexibility, excellent time management skills, report writing skills and your willingness to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude.
5 years of relevant experience as a psychologist or social worker is desirable and you will be trained in Psychological First Aid. A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required. A current driver’s licence and your own vehicle is a must.
