Employment Relations Business Partner

Brunel Australasia is currently partnering with a global pharmaceutical company who has a passion for science technology and innovation. They are seeking a Employees Relations Business Partner for a minimun of six months.

The Employment Relations Business Partner (ERBP) provides timely and accurate industrial relations, workers’ compensation and human resource management advice that supports Senior Leaders, Managers and Employees’. In doing so, the ERBP:

  • Provides expert Workplace verbal and written advice to stakeholders;
  • Provides operational support to the HR team, as required
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders in the delivery of key strategic initiatives to support all departments and its employees

Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in law, business, or a related discipline preferred;

  • Knowledge of the National Employment Standards, Modern Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and the employment lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of the State/Territory based employment related laws with respect to long service leave and workers’ compensation.
  • Experience with HR policies, procedures and protocol development, and related employment driven matters;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, relationship building, reliability and time management, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision making, presentation, and project management.
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and negotiate desired outcomes.
