The Employment Broker is a commercially focused role which provides a professional recruitment service to both EPlus employers and participants. The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

  • Proactively build and maintain employer relationships
  • Take time to understand our employers’ businesses, their employment needs and processes
  • Engage job ready candidates to make the most of employment opportunities presented
  • Match employers with the right candidates to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
  • Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focused, high performance approach to the role

 This is a fixed-term parental leave position until March .

About you 

  • Demonstrated experience cold calling and approaching potential clients
  • Demonstrated success in proactive business development
  • Time management and delivery of a high-quality service
  • Advanced relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated success in growing relationships from small beginnings
  • Experience in a challenging KPI environment within a competitive industry
