About the Company
Our client is a well-established and highly respected mining contractor delivering electrical, communications and infrastructure services across Western Australias major mining operations.
With multiple long-term projects secured across the Pilbara and regional WA, they are recognised for delivering high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong safety culture and investing in their people.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with fibre optic experience to join their team on a long-term camp infrastructure project.
About the Role
This position will see you leading electrical crews delivering fibre optic cabling, installation and associated electrical works across a large-scale mining camp project.
You will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule and to specification.
This role operates on a FIFO roster from Perth.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews performing fibre optic cabling and termination works
• Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of fibre optic systems
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and electrical regulations
• Coordinate materials, resources and subcontractors
• Maintain strong communication with project management and client representatives
• Ensure works are delivered on time and within scope
• Complete site documentation, reports and QA requirements

What Youll Need

• Current WA A-Grade Electrical Licence
• Proven experience supervising electrical crews on mine sites
• Demonstrated fibre optic cabling, termination and testing experience
• Valid CPR/LVR and First Aid
• Construction White Card
• Working at Heights and Confined Space (desirable)
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and D&A screening
• Valid WA Drivers Licence
• Full Australian working rights

You are a strong leader with a hands-on approach and a commitment to safety. You have experience delivering communications and fibre works in remote mining environments and can effectively lead teams to meet programme deadlines.

You thrive in FIFO environments, maintain high standards, and build strong working relationships on site.
