About the Client:

About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our esteemed client’s team, based in Cape Lambert. This position is based on a FIFO 5/2, 4/3 roster from Perth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Investigate electrical equipment failures using 5 Whys and implement corrective actions.
- Review equipment issues/designs and recommend improvements to electrical assets.
- Support quality control in loss analysis and accounting processes.
- Publish and track daily KPIs related to production-critical systems.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of asset maintenance tactics.
- Participate in strategy reviews for maintenance and reliability initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in the mining industry
- Strong understanding of defect elimination and downtime analysis
- Familiarity with power engineering principles
- Experience with instrumentation and control systems
- Proven ability to conduct failure investigations
- Skilled in developing and reviewing maintenance strategies and asset tactics
