What Youll Do: As the Site Supervisor, youll be responsible for overseeing project teams on-site, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and that all work complies with safety and quality standards. Youll manage logistics, including labor, materials, and equipment, while coordinating schedules to keep projects on track.

What We Need:

• 3 years experience in civil, earthworks, or mining operations
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising multiple crews
• Proven ability to coordinate schedules, resources, and project materials
• A focus on fostering a safety-first culture
• Excellent communication skills to lead and motivate teams
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and regular drug screenings
