Our Good Shepherd team is looking for a passionate and creative Early Childhood Teacher for a Full-time opportunity.
As our ECT you will:
- Create engaging educational kindergarten programs
- Provide children, families and team members with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment
- Deliver a high quality, inclusive, educational program
- Participate in professional and personal development
- Ensure all programs, observations, evaluations and portfolios are maintained
- Ensure the environment is engaging, challenging, interesting and aesthetically pleasing
- Ensure that all policies and procedures, licensing, legislation and regulations are upheld
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values.

What you will need:
- An ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) from the Queensland Government
- Position may require being the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the Director
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, Behavioural Management Framework and National Law/Regulations
- Conversant with Early Years Learning Framework & the QLD Kindergarten Learning Guidelines
