What youll be doing:

Walking into your centre youll smile, as the early morning sun shines over our beautiful nature escape. When the door opens, youll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the community spirit. Youll lead the close-knit team of educators, to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. Youll promote School ReadY, maintain high quality programs, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, youll walk out the door (still smiling) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.

Youll be great in this role if you

• Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care
• Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
• Hold a HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
• Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations
• Previous experience in children services, developing and implementing programs for 0-to-5-year olds
• Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
