Our client is a very established and substantial, community focused not-for-profit organisation in the Aged Care sector. With it’s head-office located in Malvern supporting a network of approximately 20 Aged Care facilities, 6 Retirement Villages and 20,000 Home Care clients, this is an organisation made up of a very collaborative and goals driven team that is passionate and highly empathetic to the many people within its network. Jump on board and support the very personable and engaging EGM of Strategy and Transformation as he steers the organisation through significant and very positive change.
The Role
Providing proactive EA support, you’ll be fully involved and privy to all ongoing projects, including acquisitions etc, and will be the conduit between this busy, engaging executive and his direct reports, the CEO, the Board and the broader executive team. He’ll rely on you think ahead, pre-empt and generally mitigate the ‘noise’ as you seamlessly manage his diary, sort his emails, coordinate meetings and collaborate effectively with all around you, with the shared goal of just getting things done!
Responsibilities
- Effective diary and inbox management
- Meeting coordination and preparation
- Preparation of correspondence, PowerPoint decks, Board Papers, presentations and reports (data analytics etc)
- Coordination of Executive Strategy Meetings (including attending, minuting and following up action items)
- Extensive liaison with a range of stakeholders
- Involvement and participation in various ongoing projects
- Collaborating with and supporting the wider EA team
Skills and Experience
This is a much relied on, key role supporting a busy Executive with a big portfolio of work. Your success will weigh entirely on your great attitude, as you demonstrate passion, empathy and genuine care about the outcomes of projects and integral pieces of work. We’re looking for an accomplished EA with experience supporting senior level executives, who is highly organised and proactive, and has a ‘roll your sleeves up’ attitude and a cooperative, team oriented approach.
