About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Duty Manager with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-end gaming operations. This roleavailable casuallyrequires someone with a proven track record of exceptional customer service, especially in gaming environments. You’ll oversee gaming operations, ensuring compliance with all policies while delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.
As the Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the team within our venue. Responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the venue including the gaming room, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for patrons.
- Supervise the opening and closing procedures of the venue, including cash handling processes and security protocols.
- Monitor gaming equipment functionality, promptly reporting any maintenance or technical issues for resolution.
- Manage gaming room operations, including monitoring game play, resolving customer queries, and handling any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies to maintain a secure and responsible gaming environment.
About You:
- Current NSW RSA/RCG/ARCG is a mandatory requirement. Only applicants with current competency cards will be considered
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager/Gaming Manager within high volume gaming operations venues
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage by working as one team
