Processing client pre-start changes and variations as per Drafting Managers requirements.
Preparation of 3D rendering images using Lumion 12 [experience not essential training provided].
Adapting sales sketches per client design requests
Assisting the Design Department as required.
Liaising with councils, colleagues, and engineers.
Completing work within allocated timeframes.
WHO YOULL BE WORKING WITH
Reports to the Drafting Manager.
VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE
You will need to have relevant drafting/design qualifications.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE
Preferably 3 years experience in drafting for local WA builds, preferably in the Luxury builder market
Experience & proficiency in producing working drawings using ArchiCAD 26 & 27 [with 4D library add-on]
Familiarity with Atlantis Studio 5 and/or Atlantis 7 (not mandatory)
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Knowledge of R-Codes, National Construction Codes and local residential building methods
Experience with single & multi- storey homes
Familiarity with WA Building Industry standards
Meeting project deadlines consistently
Ability to work in a team environment
