About the role:

An exciting opening exists for a Documentation Officer to join our team at our Riverview Office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is leading the way in the meat industry. Reporting to the Documentation Manager, you will be an experienced Documentation Officer, supported by a passionate dedicated team of professionals providing excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Preparing and ensuring documents are completed accurately for overseas markets;

  • Answering customer enquiries regarding documentation;

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;

  • Preparing Certificates of Origin;

  • Comply with Letter of Credit, Create Bank Drafts and Lodgements;

  • Creating any other Documents required due to customer, country or product requirements;

  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required.

About you:

  • Highly accurate data entry skills and great attention to detail;

  • Export documentation and letter of credit experience is favourable;

  • Excellent time management skills;

  • Demonstrated customer service skills;

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills;

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality;

  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team;

  • High attention to detail with a passion for administration.
