8/6 7/7 Roster, FIFO EX Perth, or DIDO from the Goldfields region

About you:

• Previous experience in Komatsu and Caterpillar fleets in an operational context would be highly regarded
• Previous experience working with Wenco, Modular, Jigsaw or MineStar
• WA Manual Drivers License
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Demonstrated high level of safety standards and work behaviours

About the role:

• Assist in optimising mining activities by providing operational coordination through the effective use of the fleet management system as part of the shift management team along with production, drill & blast and Maintenance Supervisors and Leading Hands
• Ensure the equipment stoppages and delays are planned and coordinated to reduce impact to the production cycle
• Coordinate and monitor equipment operator breaks and ensure equipment is refuelled and equipment delivered for planned maintenance in accordance with shift plan
• Contribute to procedures and documentation for the safe and efficient operation of Dispatch
• Liaise with the crew, Dispatch Technician and Supervisor to ensure that the technology infrastructure, systems and main data references are maintained and working correctly
