Director HR

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive talent strategies based on local market dynamics and build high performing teams through effective and inclusive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to promote a culture of trust, respect, and commitment. You will Architect and drive tailored talent strategies that effectively align with business objectives, and work to establish a strong connection between the organization’s requirements and optimizing talent to deliver results.

Be focal Pacific regional VPGM leader and its staff and own workforce planning, organization design, structure, key leadership hiring, investment roles fulfilment, succession planning, attrition management analysis and analysis of key HR metrics. Key focus would be to partner with key leaders on business and functional transformation aimed at building growth mindset, scale and change leadership.

  • Professional HR leader with strategic view & biz acumen
  • Experience from global company with matrix org; Good at stakeholder management & experience in org chart design.
  • Soft skills required: Learning alibility, Can do attitude, Creative (think out of box),
  • Relevant industry experience will be a plus
