About the role

Our client is currently seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join their rapidly expanding team in North Sydney, with some flexibility to work from home. This is a permanent opportunity, working 8:30am-5pm Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and producing engaging and compelling content, whilst utilising your analytical mindset to drive continuous improvement through SEO management. You will partner with external agencies to ensure the consistent and timely delivery of various content creation across a diverse range of platforms.

  

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Content Mapping: Work collaboratively with the team on comprehensive planning, innovative strategies, outlining content creation timelines, distribution channels, and performance metrics. You will understand target audiences, industry and competitor trends to implement a clear road map strategy.
  • SEO Optimisation: Utilising SEO fundamentals and other analytics to actively drive and improve content visibility as well as ranking on search engines
  • Research, Analytics & Reporting: Conduct research to understand target markets and audience behaviours. Utilising analytics tools to track content performance and making evidence based, data-driven recommendations for improvement to management
  • Content Management: Leverage content management systems (CMS) to manage, publish, and structure content and consistency
  • Content Creation: Design, develop and execute content strategies that align with brand guidelines, business goals and target audience needs. Producing a variety of collateral from blog posts, articles, social media updates, multimedia (video’s, infographics)
  • Social Media: Manage social media accounts including engaging with followers and analysing performance metrics
  • Collaboration: Partnering with internal and external stakeholders including external agencies to ensure consistent, high quality messaging and branding outcomes are achieved
  • Driving Performance: Drive results. Re visit strategies to maximise engagement focusing on increasing website traffic, boosting brand awareness and driving sales.
  • Compliance: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and best practice

   

About You

  • Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders across all levels
  • Analytical mindset with problem solving and influencing skills
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise conflicting deadlines
  • A strong team and task focus

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications or an equivalent field
  • Minimum 3years Corporate Marketing Experience
  • Thorough understanding and application of SEO fundamentals
  • Proven CMS and social media management experience
