Join one of WA’s leading civil demolition contractors to work on a major demolition project up north based at RIO Brockman 4.
About you:
About you:
- Supervise and coordinate daily demolition activities in compliance with Schedule 26 (S26) regulations and site safety requirements
- Lead, mentor, and manage demolition crews to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations
- Ensure all asbestos removal and hazardous materials works are carried out in line with regulatory standards and site procedures
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, JHAs, SWMS reviews, and safety inspections
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, HSE teams, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with environmental and safety standards
- Maintain accurate site documentation, permits, and compliance records
- Enforce strict adherence to FIFO site policies, safety systems, and client expectations
Desirable / Requirements Section (optional add-on):
- Current WA Supervisor S26 Certification (essential)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to manage crews in remote FIFO environments
- White Card, Australian Drivers Licence
- Demolition Ticket
