Role Purpose

As a Day Operator, youll be on a steady 8/6 dayshift roster. Youll work on a well-maintained gold processing plant with a team that takes safety seriously. From day one, well support you, give you work that fully uses your skills, and well develop you for future career opportunities. Youll work alongside people who know what its like to start out on a mine. People whove progressed with the right support and development.

Expect a yearly-reviewed, highly competitive starting salary, a generous FIFO uplift, and an annual performance bonus. What youll be doing

Youll be keeping the processing plant running smoothly while putting safety first. One day, you might be preparing reagents or noting deliveries to the plant. The next you might be checking performance, sampling, logging data, or inspecting the circuit to make sure everythings fine.

Youll be hands-on with loaders, skid steers and forklifts. Youll also play an important part keeping the tailings facility operating safely and reliably. On top of this, youll help with the fixed plant when its needed, and even step in to help the Process Technicians, so production never misses a beat.

What youll bring

If youve got some mechanical knowhow and youre someone who can confidently jump on a loader, forklift or skid steer, youll feel at home here.

• A WA C Class manual license is required to move around site. Just as important is a thoughtful and proactive approach to work.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing the job properly are essential.
• Strong communication skills are valued, whether interacting face to face or completing documentation.
• Problem-solving is a key part of the role, with safety always a priority and a mindset geared toward continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in a minerals processing plant is beneficial, but support will be provided to get up to speed if needed.
