Data Entry Administrator (Fixed Term)

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Entry Administrator to join our team on a fulltime fixedterm contract until 31 March , supporting our team with accurate data entry and administrative tasks.

Hours: MondayFriday, 8am5pm
(Part time hours may be considered)
Location: Hutt Central, Lower Hutt

• Proactive, accurate, and confident with numbers and data
• Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Willing to learn, adapt, and support the team as needed

Key Duties

This busy and varied role includes:

• Entering financial and administrative data accurately
• Managing documents, records, and system updates
• Processing invoices, receipts, and account information
