YOUR ROLE 

Are you ready to take the lead in defining and delivering cutting-edge data asset features? As our Data Delivery Lead, youll work hand-in-hand with the product manager to prioritize and manage stakeholders, driving an innovative technical team with your strong delivery and entrepreneurial skills. Youll set and steer the roadmap for our teams features, ensuring they align perfectly with our visionary product goals.

You will be working closely with the CFO Finance, Reserving, and Reinsurance team, to ensure that our data assets meet their needs and support their strategic objectives.

Lead dynamic DevOps feature teams to deliver early and incremental value, all while upholding the highest quality and technical standards. Youll harness advanced product and agile practices to manage the features roadmap, backlog, and team cadence, ensuring seamless alignment with other feature and product teams. In this role, youll also collaborate within domain/data and tech & ops product/scaled agile practices, swiftly identifying and removing any blockers at the feature team level.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, youll ideally meet the below criteria: 
 

• Experience leading teams in Financial Services or Insurance data products is highly valued, with particular emphasis on delivering data-driven solutions at scale
• Strong ability to build and inspire high-performing agile/DevOps teams.
• Extensive delivery experience in environments using scaled agile frameworks.
• Advanced facilitation skills to support alignment and resolve conflicts in technical and business contexts.
• Proficiency in data and analytics technologies, and relevant tools like JIRA Software, Confluence, and Miro.
• Strong storytelling skills to translate business and technical language, simplifying communication and promoting understanding.
• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, LeSS Practitioner, SAFe) and tertiary qualifications in a technical or business-related field.
