About the role: 
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our team experts to analyze complex datasets, extract actionable insights, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes., optimise resource allocation, and increase speed to market and overall profitability. 
  
 
Role & Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with broader team and client to collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize Chempro’s operations and business strategies.
• Work on predictive and prescriptive analytics projects using statistical and machine learning techniques.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while following industry best practices..

Skills & Experience: 

• 1 year in structured databases management
• 1 year in SQL programming
• Tertiary level education within Business, Science, or other related area
• Understanding of digital marketing modules and best practices
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• P&L literacy and commercial finance acumen
• Exceptional statistics and mathematical ability to thrive on complex and extensive KPI combined usage
• Advanced Excel proficiency
